Imprinting:
We can arrange imprinting on the following brands provided the watch you choose has enough room on the dial for imprinting:
Please Note: We cannot imprint Copyrighted designs or Registered Trade Marks unless you represent the company that owns them and have written permission to do so.
Engraving:
We can engrave most orders of 10 pieces or less, including personal/non-corporate gifts within 72 hours provided the item is in stock. For larger quantities, and custom logo engraving it could take up to 6 weeks to have the order completed. Please call for an estimate and approximate ship date: 1-800-572-8263.

If you are only looking for a few pieces for gifts, or need a few engraved items in a hurry, our in-house watch case back engraving is generally $25.00, clock plate engraving and placement is $15.00 and direct clock engraving is $25.00. Due to the complexity of imprinting, please contact us directly for a quote. For custom logos, artwork & additional fees may apply.
Special Services:
Other services may be available such as custom timepieces, medallion dials and brass oxidation - due to the nature of these services, we recommend that you contact us at least 2 months in advance so we can make sure there will be enough time to quote, process and ship your order in a timely manner.
Presentation Boxes:
If for some reason you don't want to engrave a watch itself (for instance in case you want the option to exchange or return it) or need a nicer box than the manufacturer's packaging to present it in, we can provide wooden presentation boxes at a reasonable price! We can even place an engraved plate on the box for personalization for the recipient.
Foil Transfer
Foil transfer is now available! We can add a message to some watch boxes as well as other items! Please contact us for more information at 1-800-572-8263.
Warranty & Returns:
All custom orders, whether it be imprinting, engraving, or some other form of personalization or customization cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or typographical errors; you are responsible for proofing your artwork & text.
Engraving or Imprinting an item will not void the warranty. Please rest assured that as authorized dealers for every brand we sell all of our products come brand new, direct from the manufacturer and will include a full manufacturer's warranty.
